We are just starting but have awesome plans and we'd love for you to be a part of it. OPEN POSITIONS
We are looking for awesome candidates to fill the role of part-time beertender. Each of our beertenders participate in all front of house roles including bartending, table service, and helping with back-of-house when needed.

Willing to sample our beers and ciders and learn about craft beer and cider (if you are not an expert already)
You bring that little something extra when it comes to customer service - you get to make our guests day!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests as you would your friends visiting your place
Provide engaging table service to guests including chatting about beer, offering tastings, and talking about their weekend
Willing to pet dogs and offer them treats
Pour beers, cider, wine and soft-drinks
Understand and operate the POS system to take orders and close out tabs
Handle cash transactions
Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and requirements
Follow bar and front-of-house opening and closing procedures
Run beverages to tables (and by run, we mean a controlled walk)
Understand and follow all front-of-house and bar operating procedures including cleaning, restocking, inventory tracking, and more cleaning.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and be willing to provide proof of vaccination.
Prior work experience with bar/restaurant, brewery, winery, and/or service experience - a plus.
Must take Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and Food Handlers training within 30 days of beginning work (if not already done so).
Possess strong knowledge and enforcement of ABC laws.
Possess an awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws - a plus
Possess 6th-grade math skills and the ability to handle money.
Able to lift heavy objects (+/- 50 lbs.)
Able to work in both constrained and outdoor environments.
Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 6+ hours per shift.
Any beer-related training (Cicerone, Beer Steward, etc.) - a plus
Beer knowledge of styles and appropriate glass types - a plus
We are currently looking for awesome candidates to fill the role of kitchen lead.
An awesome candidate:
Has some experience in a commercial kitchen
Able to work autonomously, but enjoy working with people

Duties and Responsibilities:
Consistently execute our menu items
Prepare ingredients from set recipes
Complete prep tasks
Maintain a clean sanitary kitchen and adhere to and have knowledge of all food safety standards
Work closely and collaboratively with other staff
Maintain full knowledge of ingredients and other pertinent information about food being served and be able to guide staff and guests about the menu
Complete daily sidework
Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism with guests, management, and co-workers
Follow checklists and standard operating procedures including opening and closing tasks
Proactive management of ingredients, including assistance with the inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age

Possess or be able to obtain a food handler’s card.
Possess awareness of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws.
Able to lift heavy objects - 50 lbs

Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Bring out meal orders to customers
Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables
Provide engaging service to guests
Understand the POS system and table map/locations
Follow opening and closing procedures
Clean and prep dishes for dishwasher
Put away cleaned dishes
Assist with food preparation when needed
Perform other duties as assigned
