Classic West Coast style hops. Floral with notes of citrus, crisp and off dry. The hops are steeped like tea in this cider and they complement the inherent fruity flavors of the apples. ABV: 5.8

Warming ginger, local California Bay leaves and pink peppercorns. Crisp, and herbal. This cider is smooth and savory with a drinkable sweetness. ABV: 5.8
WHILE HIKING AROUND GOAT ROCK STATE BEACH, PAUL AND TREVOR REALIZED THEY BOTH SHARED A PASSION FOR DRY, REFRESHING CIDER. UNFORTUNATELY, A BONE DRY, NATURALLY CARBONATED CIDER WASN'T EASY TO FIND. IT WAS EVEN HARDER TO LOCATE ANYTHING MADE FROM ORGANIC APPLES AND FREE FROM SULFITES.
